At Sublime and Saga Travel [SS TRAVEL], we accept various forms of payments. You can choose from eTransfer/interac (Canada Only), Debit Card, Credit Card, Prepaid Card, PayPal, American Express, bKash (Bangladesh Only) or Wire Transfer (On Request Only).
Depending on which form of payment you choose to pay with you might see a different name such as “SS TRAVEL, NEETY IT, SUBLIME AND SAGA, TGC LTD” etc.

If you choose refundable tickets then you may be eligible for a refund. Your refund policy will be mailed to you at time of booking.
Depends on local laws issued by the country you are travelling to.
We lack the technology that we need to offer our clients LIVE bookings of air tickets and/or hotels through our website online. To offer this service we have partnered with various OTA platforms. But for the best rates and service please contact us directly!
We don’t sell any type of travel insurance. However, we highly suggest a travel to get a travel insurance. You can get travel insurance from EKTA. Ekta Insurance Company is a well known travel insurance provider.
